Amazing Sasso Chicken

Sasso chickens are the gourmet’s choice for flavour and texture. The chickens are specially developed in France for the free range and organic market. Honestly they are not like any chicken you will have eaten before. If youre sick of hearing old people say “Oh its not like the chicken we had in our day” This will shut them up! The texture is more dense and packed with chickeny goodness! One of my food heros is Northumbria Free Range Poultry up in Morpeth they can be seen at food markets around the area but are the only people i know who rear Sasso. Ok its expensive and youll probably pay upwards of £12 for a decent size bird but its 100% worth it.
