Baked Camembert, Roasted Garlic and Spiced Red Onion Jam.

1 Camembert
2 Whole Bulbs of Garlic
3 Red Onions Finely Sliced
3 tbs Balsamic Glaze
1 tbs Caster Sugar
Rosemary
1 Red Chilli
Black Pepper
Pinch of Salt
