Baked Camembert, Roasted Garlic and Spiced Red Onion Jam.

Ok so this isn’t one for every day but its a cracker for a couple to share. Spooning the gooey cheese on hot toast with the sweet roasted garlic and spiced onion jam.


1 Camembert

2 Whole Bulbs of Garlic

3 Red Onions Finely Sliced

3 tbs Balsamic Glaze

1 tbs Caster Sugar


1 Red Chilli

Black Pepper

Pinch of Salt
