Ras El Hanout Rack of Lamb Marinade

Ras El Hanout is a wonderful North African spice which works brilliantly with lamb. I will show you the finished dish but here is the marinade.

3 tsp Ras El Hanout
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Lemon
3 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Tomato Puree
Pinch of Seasalt
Cracked Black Pepper
Mint Leaves

Add all the indredients in a bowl, chop your garlic and add about 5 chopped mint leaves. Massage the marinade in to the lamb and pop in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours but overnight if you like.
