Turbo Charged Cherry Tomatoes

I love just seeing how much flavour i can get out of food or an ingredient. These off the vine cherry tomatoes taste great but slice them in half lightly season with a quality seasalt and drizzle over a little olive oil. Pop in the oven for about 1h 30 on 120 degrees and just see how great they taste. They make a brilliant Pan Tumaca. Toast some thick white bread, rub with a little garlic, drizzle over olive oil and top with these intense little beauties.
