Glazed Honey Chilli Duck

I would say duck is probably my favourite bird to eat. This recipe is a little cracker and dead easy to do. Great over noodles or stick it in a wrap or even just by itself. This recipe will serve 2. Get some Tsingtao in the fridge for while the duck marinades ready for when it’s done!

 

You will need

 

2 Duck Breasts

6 tbs Light Soy

1 tbs Dark Soy

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Inch Ginger Sliced in matchsticks

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Bird Eye Chilli

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice

1 tbs Clear Honey

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

2 Spring Onions

 

1. Take the duck breasts and score the skin in a criss cross pattern.

2. Put all the marinade ingredients in a bowl or dish and drop in the duck and massage the meat ensuring its all well
